BALO

• BALO is the abbreviation for the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires or, in English, Bulletin of Mandatory Legal Announcements. It was created by decree on February 27, 1907 as an addendum to the Parliamentary "Journal Officiel". It is the medium for publishing the mandatory declarations of companies that call upon public savings: announcements of shareholders' meetings, quarterly and annual financial results, etc. It is therefore a valuable source of information for shareholders.
