It's part of our mindset at ABC arbitrage
We value a high-performance and entrepreneurial culture. We insist on delivering our best work and pushing our limits.
We work in small and highly collaborative teams towards one defined common performance goal. We know that teamwork yields the greatest rewards.+ Careers
Innovation and a constant search for perfection are our drivers, drivers which we share with the teams and groups we support — skipper Jean-Pierre Dick, surfer Charly Quivront and La Maison des Jeunes Talents.
We think outside the box
The group’s organization has been built around its teams, in order to serve innovation, and individual responsibility.
A human-sized and simply structured organization with a relatively flat hierarchy allows each employee to deliver his or her full professional potential.
We use multidisciplinary, collaborative tools to gain in efficiency, increase our shared knowledge and expand our skills at a rapid pace.
The most essential qualities for any organization today are proactivity and adaptability, both of which are enhanced by simple and direct processes.
This is the fruit of our teamwork and thanks to our scientific approach, healthy management and risk control. As a liquidity provider, ABC arbitrage contributes to keeping financial markets functioning efficiently.
